My girlfriend is putting together a formal-ish event for
proffessionals. It's an awards event with about of hour of catered
hors d'oeuvres and mingling/networking.
They've asked me to put together a CD of new-ish music that's both
generally upbeat, and yet non-intrusive. Stuff like some Adelle coul
be good, but she belts a lot of her more upbeat tunes, and the ones
she isn't full-on blasting it, the songs are too down-tempo.
How about some suggestions, especilly if new-ish?
I really think this song would be good in the mix...stuff kinda like
Platinum Pied Pipers "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover" cover.
